One of the projects American Redevelopment Regional Center is in the process of developing is the Waterman Center. Waterman Center is a real property located in San Bernardino, California, located in San Bernardino County. The Regional Center will construct, develop, lease, operate, and manage commercial buildings on the property, resulting in a new commercial development in San Bernardino, California which will be leased to retail, banking, restaurant, and office tenants. The buildings have been pre-leased bringing significant economic impact and growth to this redevelopment area.
